Forced to make a complaint to BT this morning (BT = British Twats), as my phone bill seems to steadily increase as each month goes by. I use Sky to provide a service - i just have to rely on these incompetent buffoons to provide a line rental each month.
I decided to use their web chat service. Look at the name of the “person” i got put through to. Of all the silly names, i can’t think of anything sillier. Then the dipshit called me “Robert”.
